SkillRise is an independent premium watch-care atelier based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We provide appointment-based watch assessment, service planning, restoration consultation and collector-care guidance. We are not affiliated with watch manufacturers unless a specific affiliation is expressly stated in writing.

2. Personal data we may collect

We collect only information that is relevant to responding to enquiries, managing appointments, assessing watch-care needs and maintaining a reliable website. This may include your name, phone number, email address, city, appointment preferences, watch brand or reference, service history, messages, photographs you may choose to provide later and records of communication.

When you visit the website, basic technical data may be processed by your browser and hosting provider, such as IP address, device type, browser version, pages viewed, date and time of access and security logs. This static package does not include installed analytics scripts by default.

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as hosting providers, email providers, accounting tools, appointment tools, logistics providers, specialist watch service partners or parts suppliers. Each sharing activity is limited to what is reasonably required for the service.
